Dark Otto

This is Dark Otto. Or Anti Otto. He is about as tough as nails and can be very hostile. He is only seen when activated by his last defense mechnism. If this goes off, he can never be reverted back. He changes forever. So please, dont piss him off. ^^ This was inspired by SYRSA. Hope you all like it ^^
